In the international cycling carnival, Lawson (America) defeated Clark (Australia) in the five miles tandem-paced race. 11l the five miles scratch race the result was: Grenda 1, Walker 2, Clark 3, Pawson 4. Sydney, April 7. Clark beat Goullet in a match over a mile. In the'international teams race Lawson and Grenda won the best two out of three mile events, defeating Clark and MacNamara and Ilehir and Goullet. Sheppard paced three miles in 4inin 35 2-oscc., an Australasian record. The five miles scratch race resulted:— Goullet 1, Hehir 2, Dixon 3,
