MR. MASSEY'S OPINION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The Leader of the Opposition, discussing the new Cabinet, said that tive people saw a set of men in power wiio had got there as the result of methods which were not creditable to them or to the country. These men made lip i ministry without any opinions on which its members agreed, and, so far as it was possible to judge, without a majority behind it. The Reform Party was never more determined or enthusiastic than it was to-day. What is happening and what had happened suited it exactly.
