A UNION CA&ji. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Monday. A case of more than ordinary interest in industrial circles was before Mr. C. Kettle, S.M.-, this morning, the Department of Labor proceeding against the Waterside Workers' Union on a charge of having aided a strike by some of its members, employed by Nearing and Co., stevedores, to unload cargo from the Paparoa on November 21, 1911.
