1 LITHGOW IRON. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Sydney, March 30. The Labor Council recommended tho adoption of the executive's suggestion that the embargo on Lithgow iron should be removed. The unions concerned will confer with the executive of the council on Tuesday. ELECTORAL CHANGES. Sydney, March 30. The redistribution of seats scheme gazetted leaves only four of the present electorates intact. The city has a disI tinetly bigger representation. THE QUEENSLAND ELECTIONS. Brisbane, March 30. Mr. Denham, Premier, in a policy speech, proposed to recast and modernise the education scheme, and promised legislation that would make impossible another such disastrous strike as that which recently brought industrial life to a standstill. NE WSOUTII WALES MINERALS. Sydney, March 30. The value of the mineral output of New South Wales in 1911 was 9,7'58,000 tons, an increase of 1,021,000 tons on the previous year. The aggregate value to the end of the year was £227,877,000r Coal, gold, silver, and lead head the list.
