The High Court granted an order nisi on the application of the Melbourne tramways to restrain Mr. Justice Higgins proceeding with any tramway matters, on the ground of lack of' jurisdiction. THE NEW FLAGSHIP. Received 30, 12.45 a.m. Sydney. March 29. H.M.S. Drake, the new flagship for the Australian squadron, arrived this evening from Hobartj having established a record.
