CONSPIRING TO DEFRAUD. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 21), 10.10 p.m. London, March 29. Bernard Espinasse, a member of the staff of Pearson's Weekly, has been sentenced to seven months' imprisonment for conspiring with Samuel Ullman and Edith Ullman to fradulently win prizes in newspaper competitions. Samuel Ullman and Edith Ullman were sentenced to four and two months' imprisonment respectively.
