RIFLE SHOOTING.

The Rifle Club will fire two matches for their Champion Shield on Easter Monday, starting at 9 a.m., and'in the evening will hold a euchre party and dance in the Brougham street hall, this being the first of a series which it ij intended to hold during the winter months. On Thursday next a shooting match between the Territorials and Rifle Club will. take place on the local range, 10 ' men aside, ranges 800, fIOO and 1000 yards; seven shots at each range. The Rifle Club will be represented by the following:—Humphries, Oliver, Bruce, Winslade, Beadle, Blanchard, Nichols, Keating, Short and Goodacre.
