There were 20 starters, including Chaste, who lost her rider. Flaxen led into the straight, and won by a length, a similar distance between second and third. Time, 2min 7V 2 stc. The Rawson Stakes resulted:—Malt King 1, Lady Medallist. 2, Jacamar 3.
