London, March 22. •Mr. Ilenry, the oil expert, interviewed, said that the recent development of New Zealand oilfields was most encouraging. Petroleum developments along the AllRed route showed that it was possible to maintain ample supplies along the Empire's ocean routes. He advocated the use of obsolete battleships as oil tanks.
