A CRISIS IMMINENT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin. March 20. The Kaiser dined at the French Embassy for the second time since 1870. He intended to leave to-day for Corfu, but suddenly postponed his departure owing to the rumours due to the resignation of Herr Weremuth, the Treasurer, which, it is alleged, marks a Ministerial crisis, possibly involving Herr von Bethmann Hollweg, the Chancellor.
