Handicaps will appear on or about March 14 and 21 in Taranaki Daily News, Taranaki Herald and Budget. Blocks will not be provided for non-acceptors. The last two years' petformances to accompany each nomination; if no performances for that time, the last three performances to be given. Three starters or no event.
