The Meteorological Office hae issued the following weather summary and forecast:—Unsettled and cloudy weather lias prevailed with rain in many parte of the Dominion. The barometer is low in < (he south, and has fallen everywhere, and strong northerly winds have prevailed. Present Indications are for strong westerly winds,, veering to southerly, f- wet and boisterous weather probable generally and colder shortly. The ba- > rometer, has stffl * falliiig tendency, but ' - n increase in pressure is due soon everyDfhere.
