On the application of the Otter Club, the Southern Counties' Amateur Swimming Association has reinstated Tartakover, the Australian swimmer. ' The High School Swimming Sports, which were to have been held yesterday (Thursday) will be held to-day (Friday) in the Pukekura Park lake.
