INADEQUACY OF NEUTRALITY LAWS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 14, 11.40 .p.m. Washington, March 14. The Senate has adopted a resolution prohibiting the furnishing of supplies in the United States for any filibustering expeditions to Central America. The resolution is designed to supplement the inadequacy of the present neutrality laws.
