; SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued ihe following summary and forecast:— He barometer has fallen everywhere, and the winds have changed to northerlies. Increasing haze and cloudiness is reported generally and with showed weather about Cook Strait. Present indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds veering to westerlies, v and increasing southwards of New Plymonth and Castle Point. Unsettled and dofudy weather with rain probable generally, and a farther decrease in baroineter pressure.
