ORDER BEING RESTORED. By Cable—Press A&sociation—Copyright. Pekin, March a. There are many executions daily, and order is being restored. The soldiers are returning with much loot. INAUGURATION OP PRESIDENT. A SIMPLE CEREMONY. Received 12, 12.5 a.m. Pekin, March 11, Yuan-Shili-Kai was inauguraTed as President in simple ceremonial at the Waiwupu (Parliament), in the presence of delegates from Nanking and Wuchang. Representative Manchus, Mongolians, Mohammedans and Thibetans were present, as well as envoys' from most of the provinces and the army and navy. Many foreigners attended, though the Legations were unrepresented. Yuan-Shili-Kai, in his declaration, promised to sweep away the disadvantages of monarchism, nnd retire when the Assembly appoints a permanent president. BRITISH TROOPS ORDERED TO MARCH. TO PROTECT FOREIGNERS. Received 11, 11.30 p.m. London, March 11. The Daily Mail's Tientsin correspondent states that the Inniskillens have been ordered to inarch at daybreak to apprehend Chinese soldiers within the foreign concession.
