LAMASON has received instructions from the Stratford Borough Council to offer by public auction at his salerooms, Broadway, Stratford, on WEDNESDAY, the 13th day of March, 1912, at a quarter-past three o'clock in the afternoon, the leases. of the undermentioned properties for a term of ten years from the first day of July, 1812, viz.:— Lot I.—Subdivision 1 of Section 326, Town of Stratford, containing 5.2 perches more or less, with the buildings on the ground-floor thereof only, being the northern shop and premises now occupied by Mr. A. Spence, draper. Lot 2. Subdivision 2of the said Section 326, Town of Stratford, containing 5.2 perches more or less, with ( the buildings on the ground-floor thereof only, being the southern shop and premises now occupied by Mr. A. Spence, draper. Lot 3.—Subdivision 3 of said Section 326, Town of Stratford, containing 1.2 perches more or less, with the buildings on the ground-floor thereof only, being the shop and premises tfow occupied by Mr/ J. F.
