A RE instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, acting at the request of the second mortgagee, to sell by public auction at their mart, Devon street, New Plymouth, on MONDAY, the first day of April, 1912, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon:— The equity of redemption in all that piece of land, containing 21% perches, more or less, being the western moiety of section 767 Bulteel street, on the plan of the Town of New Plymouth, with the dwelling-house and other erections thereon. The property is being sold under the powers contained in Deed of Mortgage registered number 35569. The conditions of sale and mortgagee's estimate can be inspected during office hours at the office of the Registrar and of the Auctioneers. STRATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL. LEASE OF VALUABLE BROADWAY PROPERTIES. T. LAMASON has received instructions from the Stratford Borough Council to offer by public auction at his salerooms, Broadway, Stratford, on WEDNESDAY, the 13th day of March, 1912, at a, quarter-past three o'clock in the afternoon, the leases of the undermentioned properties for a term of teh years irom the first day of July, 1912, viz.:— Lot I.—Subdivision 1 of Section 320, Town of Stratford, containing 5.2 perches more or less, with the buildings on the ground-floor thereof only, being the northern shop and premises now occupied by Mr. A. Spence, draper. Lot 2. Subdivision 2of the said Section 326, Town of Stratford, containing 5.2 perches more or less, with the buildings on the ground-floor thereof only, being the southern shop and premises now occupied by Mr. A. Spence, draper. Lot 3. —Subdivision 3 of said Section 326, ■ Town of Stratford, containing 1.2 perches more or less, with the buildings on the ground-floor thereof only, being the shop and premises now occupied by Mr. J. F. Watson, jeweller.

Lot 4. —Subdivisions 4, 5, 6 and 7 of said Section "526, Town of Stratford, containing 5.02 perches more or less, with the buildings on the groundfloor thereof only, being the shop and premises now occupied, by Mrs. H.
