In the Assembly, Dr. Arthur came into collision with the Speaker, who ordered his removal. INDUSTRIAL ARBITRATION BILL. Sydney, March 8. The Government will proceed with the Industrial Arbitration Bill, notwithstanding the Council's deletion of the clause giving preference to unionists. None of the vital principles will be sacrificed. The Council's amendments will necessitate a conference of the two Houses.
