t ——'' SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Die Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast:— Westerly winds, strong to gale, have nmaQea, with a very low and unsteady barometer in the south. Pressure has increased in the north, and the weather bag "been very capricious, fine in parts, Imt generally boisterous and changeable. Present indications are for westerly gales and with a southerly tendency, showery and changeable weather and probably colder. The barometer is. nn? steady, but is due to rise everywhere soon. Heavy seas may be expected on all the western coast.
