QUESTION OF LOCAL CONSTRUCTION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, March 7. Commonwealth and New South Wales State Government have been for months discussing the question of ' 'lilding a cruiser and two destroyers i the Cockatoo dock, without arriving a conclusion. It is stated that the imbling-block is now the question of ,!:ne limit. The Commonwealth is dissatisfied with the time taken in piecing together the destroyer Warrego, which is not yet completed.
It is understood that thp State is prepared to give a time guarantee.
