SUPREME COURT.
NAPIER SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Assosiation. Napier, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, David Ellis, who was charged with defrauding Messrs. Patterson and Mossman by selling certain articles covered by a bill of sale, was acquitted. Neil Campbell, charged with assaulting a Mauri and causing actual bodily harm, was found guilty of common assault and was remanded till Friday for a report.
