VESSELS ICEBOUND. Received 6, 11 p.m. Ottawa, March 6: Five vessels are icebound on Lake Michigan. Many passengers are aboard, but are in no danger as yet. A PATHETIC MEETING. Received 6, 11 p.m. Ottawa, March 6. There, was a pathetic meeting between Mrs. Kilbourne, of Tacoma, and her daughter, who was taken away by the father nine years ago, following divorce proceedings. The British Consular authorities located the girl in Auckland.
MANCIIU TBOOPS MUTINY. Received 0, 11.50 p.m. St. Petersburg, March 6. Adviees from Kuldja show that Manchu troops mutinied and murdered the officials.
CANADA AND BISLEY MEETING. Received 7, 12.30 a.m. London, March 6. The National Rifle Association has cabled the Canadian Association, approving of the rifle sights submitted.
