COMMISSION SET UP. The Hon. T. Mackenzie, M.P. for Egmont, wired yesterday as follows:"Have much pleasure in informing you that Cabinet at its meeting yesterday decided to set up a commission for the purpose of definitely locating railway from Opunake to Main Trunk line. "
