SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast:— The barometer has fallen everywhere, with moderate to strong northerly winds. "Warm, cloudy and unsettled weather has Prevailed, with rain in the northern disjffrkts and in Westland. Present indications are for heavy rain in many parts of 'the country and unsettled weather geni crafty, with thunderstorms in parts. winds will probably veer to rUgh westerlies northward of Kawhia and iJtaat Gape. Moderate to strong easterlies 'tacking to south-easterlies and increasing elsewhere. The barometer has a fllfiing tendency, but will probably rise toruywhere after from ten to sixteen
