Agahkham, in resigning the presidency of the All-India Moslem League, attributed his resignation to acquiescing in •breaking pledges to the Mohammedans of Eastern Bengal. THE-PARTITION OF BENGaL. Received 5, 11.45 p.m. Calcutta, March 5. The All-India Moslem League approved of the transfer of the capital, but .bitterly deplored the annulment of the partition of Bengal, as having the appearance that the authorities were ready to make concessions to sedious clamors.
