SUMMAKY AND IX3RECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. , Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following weather summary and forecast:—The winds have moderated, and are veering to northerly. Li most Crts of the country an improvement s taken place in the weather, bnt rain has fallen to-day in the northernmost districts. The barometer has fallen everywhere. Present indications are for Increasing northerly winds, with 'generally warm and fair to cloudy weather, with rain shortly in the northern and aonthernmost districts and on the west Mast. The barometer will probably fall, and there are indications for a change following everywhere.
