The weather has been very wintry for the month of February, rain falling on nearly every day, and hindering progress with the new building. Mr. Boon lias now made a start with the roofing, and I'm sure no one will be more pleased than himself when it is completed, as he has been faced with awful conditions since starting. Many men, I am sure, would have left it in disgust, but let us hope the month of March will bring us finer days and a little bit of summer.
The new water scheme is working very satisfactorily, running now for four weeks without a hitch.
The committee are spending a few pounds on improving the track to ths Fairy Pools, also £ls on the road from the radius line to the house, between the two and three-mile peg.
