Mr. Churchill, replying to Mr. Burgoyne, member for Kensingt«n, as to the delay in the delivery of armour plates for the warships Australia and New Zealand, said it was attributed to the contractors' unforeseen difficulties, and the completion of the ships cannot be forecasted.
