The handbill which was 'being circulated at Aldershot when its distributors were arrested was a reprint from the first number of tne monthly journal The Syndicalist, published as a successor to Tom Man's pamphlets on syndicalism. Tlio handbill recommended soldiers not to fire Oh strikers. The object of the new journal is to prepare the way rapidly for a general strike of international -proportions. It fixes on 1913, as a trade boom year, to effectively resist the encroachment of capitalists.
