SUMMARY AND FORECAST. ~ By Teleg*aph—Press AwocUttion. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast:— Thi> barometric pressure has decreased everywhere, with warm and cloudy weather generally, and rain has fallen in the northern districts. Moderate to strong easterly winds have prevailed. Present indications are for cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain probable, especially over the North Island. Moderate to strong easterly 4nd northerly winds an probable generally. The barometer is due to fall in the north, but is unsteady in the south.
