LABORER COMMITS SUICIDE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Whangarei, Saturday. Joseph Rule, a laborer about sixty years of age, married, committed suicide yesterday afternoon at Grahamtown.' He was found by his son hanging dead from a strap, which was fastened to a peg in the walL A JOCKEY INJURED. Dunedin, Last Night. There is no improvement in the condition of G. Wheeler, the jockey who was injured in the, Hurdle Race at Wingatui on Wednesday.
