GOAL FROM JAPAN. Brisbane, February 24. The Government has completed negotiations for a large quantity of coal from Japan. " FIGHT ON!" Received 26, 1.15 a.m. Brisban,e February 25. Mr. Coyne, addressing the strikers, said that funds were coming from all parts of the Commonwealth, and urged them to fight on. The Employers' Federation report that large numbers are applying for work, and propose to open a free labor bureau on Tuesday. '
