MEXICAN REBELLION.

It is reported from Torrcon that the rebellion is making some headway in the San Pedro district. It is stated that 200 rebels were killed in fighting the regulars after an ambush. The Federals lost 11 killed. UNITED STATES TROOPS FOR THE ' BORDER. Received 26, 1.10 a.m. Washington, February 23. The United States troops along the Rio Grande have been reinforced in consequence of the disturbed state of the Mexican border. Orders have been given that all firing in. American territory must be stopped, even if crossing the international boundary is necessary to secure this.
