OUTBREAK IN CANADA. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 20, 11.30 p.m. Ottawa, February 20. An epidemic of black smallpox is visiting Hip parts of the province of Montreal. There are few deaths, as special medical precautions to prevent the spread have been taken.
