GERMANS AND SAMOANS. By C»We—Pr«ee Association—Cspyrifht. Berlin, February 1.8. Herr Groeber, in the Reichstag, protested against the Samoan ordinance forbidding marriages between Germans and natives.
Herr Solfe, Secretary ior the Colonies, replied that such marmges were injurious to both races, and predicted that the natives would welcome the prohibition with joy.
