London, February 16. Wheat. Markets quiet with a tendency to an easier feeling, especially for distant shipments. La Plata shippers are pressing sales; 38s is asked for South Australian sailers January-February shipment; for steamer March 37s 9d is offered; for Victorian sailers JanuaryFebruary 37s 6d is asked. A New South Wales January-February shipment is offered at 37s 6d; 37s Cd was paid for parcels of Australian afloat. There is a quiet demand for Australian spot at 40s. Supplies on spot are small, and there have been few sales. New Zealand is fetching 38s. Holders are generally asking 38s 6d.

Flour. Dull. Australian ex store 2fis 3d. For parcels February shipment 2os 6d U offered.

Oats. Firm. New Zealand practically exhausted.

Peas.—Dull and unchanged. Beans. Firm. New Zealand scarce. Nominally 37s (id to 38s Cd. Butter. Steady, all prices unchanged.
