COLLAPSE OF A PROMENADE.
THIRTY BOYS ENGULFED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Rome, February 14. Forty-five schoolboys were walking on the San Remo promenade, which had been weakened by rain, when it collapsed, and thirty were engulfed. Five are dead, and eight are in a critical condition. The disaster is attributed to the boys marching in step.
