50 LABOR OFFICIALS ARRESTED.

Fifty arrests have been made throughout the United States in connection with the investigation of the dynamiting outrages. They include Ryan, president of the Structural Steel Workers, to which the MacNamaras belonged; Frank Webb, ex-member of the Ironworkers' Executive Board; Meadows, business agent of the International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners; Butler, vice-president of the Structural Ironworkers' Union; and other leading labor officials. The charges include violation of the Federal statutes, regulating the shipment of explosives and aiding and abetting and violation of the law; also aiding and abetting the concealment of such violation.
