Mr. Wragge has repeated his prediction that the rainfall will be below the average until 1916, although less severe than previous droughts. SERIOUS COACH ACCIDENT. Melbourne, February 6. A coach capsized at Port Arlington, and fourteen passengers were injured, seven seriously. BUSH FIRES. Adelaide, February 6. The fire in the hills is still burning fiercely.
