EMPIRE THEATRE. "Change Night" at the Empire, a byword amongst local picture lovers, is now associated with every Wednesday uul Saturday night, and the management take good care that each new selection is bright and interesting and well up to the highest standard of animated photography. The new films for to-night include a great Ambrosio masterpiece, "The Bride of the Nile." This stjir item is ably supported by two Western romances, "A Pal's Oatii" and "The Sheriff's Brother," whilst "The Old Captain" supplies a powerful and pathetic dramatic story. Novelty films are included in "Jumping Feats by Moreland" and "Chrysanthemums." "Ice Fields of Alpa Trail"and "Johhanesburg" will prove interesting scenic numbers. "Bill, and His Friend," aided by "Billy's Valentine," assist when "Charlie wants a Son-in-law" to provide mirthful spasms of relaxation. The Empire Pictures will also show at Waitara to-night with the East End picnic and newspaper picture.
