GERMAN NATIONALITY.
NEW LAW PROPOSED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin, February 4. The Federal Council has the draft of a nationality law, making the loss of nationality more difficult and its reaesumption easier. It relieves Germans residing overseas or in any European countries from obligatory military service. Women who have married foreigners regain their nationality u P on widowhood or divorce.
