UNUSUAL POINT OP LAW. By OaW«— Press Association— Otfjright. Wellington, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court this afternoon a ease is being heard involving some unusual important questions of law, determining whether ordinary foreign premium bonds can be sold in New Zealand. The case arises out of an information laid by the police against the International Investment Company for an alleged breach of the Gaming Act. Defendant company is registered in New Zealand, and has been carrying on business for some time in Auckland and elsewhere. Included in its business is the sale oE premium bonds of foreign governments.

Wellington, Last Night. After conclusion of argument in the foreign bonds case the S.M. said he would give judgment on February 13.
