State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909," and the amendments and regulations thereto, to form, culvert and metal 150 chains of the Puniho road from the Carrington road westward. A Special Rate of 5-l<sd in the £ sterling to be levied over the Special Rating Area for a period of 36'/ 2 years. The rate of interest to be 3% per cent., payable half-yearly. The cost of raising the loan, and the first half year's interest to be paid out of the loan money.
