KING'S ABDICATION DEMANDED. A COUP D'ETAT EXPECTED. By Cable—Press Association—Cbpyrigkt Belgrade, January 28. The Tribuna and Novosti both detail the activity of an officers' league, called "The Black Hand," who have demanded the dismissal of Radicals or King Peter's abdication in favor of the Crown Prince. It is alleged that the agitation arises from the political and material conditions of the country. Many young officers connected with the 1903 movement concerned in the plot. The situation is similar to that of 1903, and a coup d'etat is expected. The Crown Prince has now separated from the league.
