Tieh-Liang has fled to Tientsin. It is understood a memorial presented by the generals impresses the throne ■gainst contemplating immediate abdication. Advanced posts, numbering thousands of men on each side, we r e engaged in a conflict on Satnrday at Tientsin. At Pukow railway the revolutionaries retreated, abandoning the camp. HEAVY DEATH TOLL. Pekin, January 28. One hundred and fifty bodies have been recovered from the ruins of the powder magazine blown up by revolutionaries at old Suidun, when General Ghintai perished.
