SALE OF BOROUGH LEASES.
The borough leases on the Avenue road were offered for sale on Saturday, by the auctioneers, Messrs. Nolan and Co. and Webster Bros., at the Town Hall. There was a large attendance. Tljirtytwo lots were offered for sale, and thirteen were taken up. Most of the lots were taken, at the upset price. Lot 17 was the only one which realised more, H. F.
