| VISIT OF PARLIAMENTARIANS. MARVELLOUS ENTHUSIASM. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersburg, January 26. At a banquet tendered at the embassy to the visiting members of the British Parliament, the Premier, M. ! Kokovtsoff, all the Ministers and many members of the Council of "Empire and Duma were present. Sir G. W. Buchanan, the British Ambassador, in toasting the Czar, said that the King had commanded him to express the hope that such visits would draw the entente closer. M. Kokovtsoff made a cordial reply. The Czar gave an audience to the British Parliamentary deputation at the Palace, and afterwards the dignitaries of Court entertained them at lunch. - The .public everywhere is receiving the deputation with ' niarvfellous enthusiasm. ===== ,
