; REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES. By Cable—t'ress Association—Copyright ■ London, January 26. The annual report of the Rhodes' Trustees states that there were 17fi scholars during the year. Their work was sound, but not brilliant. The selections apparently does not reach the highest type of scholarship in Germany, America and the colonies, this being caused by the all-round physical and intellectual conditions imposed.
