SHIPPING NABOB'S VIEWS.

President Dearborn, of the AmericanHawaiian Steamship Company, before the Interstate Commerce Commission, declared that the ultimate control of shipping through the Panama Canal by a foreign shipping trust would result from the admission of foreign ships to the coast-wise trade of America.
